    About this item

An unusual, early 19th century silver resist lustre jug decorated with farming implements. This is well decorated with a bail of wheat, rakes, pitchforks, a scythe, a plough, and other implements, beneath a geometric border to the rim. It dates from c.1820. There is slight crazing and staining to the pot but there is no damage. The jug is in very good condition and the silver lustre glaze is still very bright with only very minimal wear to high points.

    Dimensions: Height 12.5cm. Diameter 11cm. Width 14cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
