Asprey Silver Inkwell, 1910s, Glass

Stunning Edwardian solid silver and cut glass goliath watch inkwell,,retailed by Asprey of London. Crystal glass base with a hobnail cut bottom not a chip or scratch anywhere, with beauty fully bevelled edges.The silver watch retaining pocket to the top of the inkwell is also in good condition, clearly hall marked as from Birmingham (1914) plus the names Asprey 950. , being a higher grade silver than Sterling silver, which is 925. The goliath watch also in good working order, with a subsidiary dial.
