How do I add an item to the website / importing your items

If you're not registered already as a dealer, please apply to be a dealer first.

If you are already a dealer, you can add items to Antiques Boutique in the following ways:-

1) Individually adding items

Log into the dealer area by clicking here.

(you'll need to apply for an account first if you're not currently a dealer)

Our dealer area is super easy to use and you can add items in minutes (or less!).

This does require you to add items one by one however, so if you've already got hundreds of pieces of stock then you might want to see our automated or bulk options below!

2) Automatically adding items

Do you have a website with Antiques Web Design by ph9?

Yes...

• Items are automatically added to Antiques Boutique when you add an item to your own website (unless you choose otherwise)

No... (don't worry!)

• We can do a bulk import for you from another marketplace you list on, from a spreadsheet, from your website, or a number of other ways (details below)
• We also have an API
• Or alternatively consider getting one of our websites.

3) Bulk import of items

We can do bulk import of items from:-

• A range of other marketplaces including: 1st Dibs, 2Covet, Antiques Atlas, Antiques Boutique, BADA, Chairish, Concept 500, Decorative Collective, LAPADA, Love Antiques, Militaria Zone, Selling Antiques, The Hoarde or Vinterior . There is no charge for imports from these marketplaces.
  
  OR
   
• If you're able to export all your stock into a CSV spreadsheet, in our pre-defined format, then we can upload it for you from the spreadsheet. The catch is that it does need to be in our format based on our template spreadsheet. Once you've signed into the dealer area and set up your details there is an import section with a copy of the template spreadsheet you can download. There is no charge for these imports.
  
  OR
   
• If you can provide a CSV / Excel export, but you can't provide it in our format, then we may still be able to import it for you but there would be a charge for our time for doing this. Min charge is usually 4 hours work @ £89/hour+VAT.
  
  OR
   
• If your web developer is handy with code, we also have an API to automatically add stock from your website to Antiques Boutique. This would require coding by your web developer however. There is no charge for our API.
  
  OR
   
• If you take a website with Antiques Web Design by ph9, then can automatically publish your stock on Antiques Boutique and a range of other marketplaces!
